Heckfield House, Residential Branding

Heckfield House is a boutique collection of nine 1 and 2 bedroom apartments, forming the residential element of the redevelopment of the former Fulham Police Station in London SW6. The project sits within the wider Fulham Boys School development in the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham.

Originally constructed in 1989, the four to five storey brick building was reimagined following the closure of the police station in 2016. The brand approach respected the site’s civic history while introducing a more refined, residential tone suited to contemporary urban living.

The resulting identity balances heritage and modernity, supporting sales and marketing activity and positioning the development as a considered, design-led addition to the Fulham streetscape.
